i need to find him a home or a shelter that will not put him down, he is a great dog just to needs more love than family has to give, with son (his buddy) gone into military Petie (the dog) needs a new buddy e mail me at email@example.com if interested
I hope you can find a good home for the dog, but he is probably gonna be very dissapointed and stressed out when you leave him :( When I buy I dog, I promised myself to keep them till their death, no matter what. I have a bulldog and a lab, I would take another dog in, but not right now, sorry.
Petey is a very well behaved 2 year old pup. We have never had any problems with him, other than he's very active. Our asking price is a loving home. Also if you want we will give you his cage that he sleeps in every night and small roll of six foot fence.(He's a climber.)And also you don't have to worry much about him running far, because other than to go play with the neighbor kids, he's never left home.
He's a beautiful dog & sounds great. While I initially saw your original post when you first posted it I only now noticed the "sub-comment", "wife wants him gone". Are you absolutely sure you wouldn't be far better off finding "wife" a loving new home? -- :-(
Please extend our sincere gratitude to your son for serving our country! God bless your son & keep him safe, & God bless America.

If you absolutely cannot find him a suitable home you are way better off finding a Bulldog rescue. The will not kill the dog unless it is unhealthy or aggressive. Sounds like he is neither. Just google 'Bulldog Rescues' and see what you come up with. OOoo I would love to take him, but my husband would kill me.
Hilarious whoever made the comment about finding the wife a new home!!!
I second the comment about thanking your son for his service. I cry everytime I see a soldier in uniform and just have to tell him/her that I remember his/her sacrifice and how they are honoring their country!
wife has got to stay,,, she is right without boy here the dog is not being given the attention he needs,,,, so please no more picking on wife,, and thank you for the suggestion on the bulldog rescue but here is a little bit of knowledge for you the American bulldog is not a true bulldog and most of the rescues i have seen wont take them,,,, the american bulldog is more closely related to the terrior
