My hubby brought home a dog. She wants to eat Mauser and the feeling is mutual. We have them in different rooms now. She howls when she is outside. Scritch is very clingy now, but she does get along with the new dog. The new dog is a Shar-pei mixed with ? Female, and very lovable. The previous owners gave her to my hubby with the threat that if he didn't take her she was going to the pound right then. I'm going to have to find her a home now. I think I have a good bet. I have a co-worker that has no pets, no kids, and is thinking about a small-medium sized dog. We do want a couple more dogs, but we are looking at either a Dogue de Bordeaux, mastiff, or another rotti. Our guards are all over 10 years old now. Unless you count little demon pug Mauser! http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k316/bd410/bella.jpg
There is Shar-pei in there. She almost looks like a poorly bred Shar-pei to me. She has no personality. That is probably because this is only her second day here. 5 new dogs to deal with, new house, kids. Two of my dogs are diva pugs and the others are very large and scary. Rotti, coyote mix and pit. My pit wants to play with her. I don't trust him though, she has been growling at the other big dogs. He doesn't take kindly to growling be it from a female or male.
