I have Chloe, a seal point siamese who is 2 years old and Bootsie, a snowshoe siamese who is 1 year old. I don't have pix yet but will post when I do. Any other siamese lovers out there? Mine are having a ball with my corgi.
I love Siamese, We don't have any yet but after we move we want to get a Dark Chocolate Point. My Cats are Asha, a 1 1/2 year old longhaired Black and White cat that I rescued at a shelter where I used to work, it was a contracted shelter and they were supposed to euthanize or spay any animals that were pregnant. While I was working I found out they were going to do her next and I grabbed her and told them to give me one hour, my fiancee' came up and I started bawling because she was so sweet and very pregnant, he couldn't resist it when I put her in his arms. We took her home that night and one week later to the day, she delivered 5 kittens. Sadly none of the kittens made it but when we told the shelter about the kittens not making it they wanted me to just bring her in but we decided that we could not let her go back there and so we brought her in, adopted her and then got her fixed. And she has been with us for almost a year now. My other cat is Tiocy, a grey spotted tabby/Siamese mix, We owned her mother and we lived in the country and my mom never got her animals fixed, she came home pregnant and gave birth two 4 kittens, after 3 weeks she had pushed this kitty away and she had gotten very weak, my mom told me if I could save her, I could have her, So I started raising her. She is my baby and she will be 8 years old in September. She has moved with us many times and my fiancee' loves her and so do my kids. She is by far the most spoiled cat I have ever saw.
My cats are Speckles and Kitty (LOL) Skeckles was brought home by one of my dogs Barney one day she is a all Blk couldn't tell ya what she is. We don't see her much she hide under the bed and only come out for food. She a loner, she doesn't like dogs and she doesn't really like attention too much. Kitty adopted us, she just kinda moved in one day. She is gray tiger striped. I think she only about a yr old or so. She gave birth to 6 kittens about 3 weeks ago and all were still born. I had a half Maine coon cat name Spooky for 17yrs I had to have him PTS a few months back. He was my baby he loved everyone and anything. He was giving to me on halloween I said trick or treat and i got a little blk kitty. He moved from Maine to Florida with me. I also had a full Maine Coon name Big Boy, He was the sweetest cat ever, he thought he was a dog. He refused to eat cat food only dog food. He actually slept in the dog food bag most of the time. Were ever I was he wasn't far behind. He died about a yr ago due to cancer. Also had Sweety I had her for 21?Yrs. She was a MEAN cat, if she wasn't fed on time she would attack you. I have scares to this day from this cat. But when she wanted to be she could be the sweetest thing ever. I had to have her PTS a little over a yr ago, her body just gave away. It was so sad she had such a will to live. Her heart beat for almost 30mins after the shot was given.

NOW, NOW...lets be nice. We are all sharing a board here. I was once a total dog person, then I met my husband's siamese cat. He was so awesome. I don't have anti-social cats at all. Mine are very social. They talk to me even. I am converted to loving them as well as the many dogs I loved all my life. I have to admit though that I have loved far more dogs than cats. I am partial to certain breeds and personalities in cats.
My cat Asha thinks she is a dog and acts like one, she even sleeps in the crate with Jayden every night. My cat Tiocy, was also raised like a dog, she comes when you call her name(Asha does too) or when you whistle, she knows how to sit and beg on command, she is learning roll over, both of them prefer dog food although Tiocy has to be on canned food mixed with it because her teeth aren't great and she has a hard time chewing. I love my cats.
I have one cat and his name is J.D. He was a feral cat when I got him as a kitten, but now he is the most loving, social cat around. He is a grey tabby, I think, but not to sure on his breed he probably is a cat mutt. He is hardly anti-social. Not all cats are anti-social. I have had a few that would prefer to sleep all day under the bed, but not J.D. that is why I think he is part dog. He has to be were all the action is! J.D. perfers dog food too!
i have 2 cats 1. scully - a tortoishell colored mutt cat. got her from the town pound. she was born and raised in an inner city shelter and was transported up to our town pound to have a chance at a home. i love torties so i took her immediately. she is the best. she will eat anything imaginable except chocolate. she begs at the dinner table worse than any of the dogs. she likes to sneak out of the house on occasion. but if i call her name she comes running home from wherever she is like a dog. actually her recall is better than any of my dogs !!! 2. fox - he was brought into our clinic as a bitty baby. he was living in a fox hole, hence his name, with his 2 siblings. the property owner called animal control to get them because he was afraid the foxes would eat them. the aco sprayed pepper spray into the hole, got the foxes out and was only able to get fox out. he was covered in maggot eggs. the only thing that kills them is betadine shampoo so we bathed him in that before we found out it is toxic to cats. so he coul've died but he made it thru the night without any maggots hatching on him. i felt so bad for him so i adopted him after a few weeks when he got nice and healthy. he is almost 3 and we have been having the urinary problems with him, infections and getting blocked , for the past 6 months. he will probably be getting the p u surgery soon if this doesn't resolve with the special food and water and cosequin.
My cat Isis is a persian cross with I don't know what. I got her from a pet stor becuase I felt so sorry for her, she's a runt and REALLY small still even as a full grown cat. Shes a freak and love water, cuddling and sleeping on my head or directly on my pillow. She'll beg for what ever I'm eating no matter what it is. If I'm eating it it must be better than what she's got. She drink ONLY from the tap and swims around in the bathtub. There's much more but I can't think right now I just got back from work and I'm really hot and tired...stupid summer weather!
