They have it for dogs but why not for birds who get stolen in far greater numbers.

It would just take more miniaturization but that's how everything electronic is going. I don't expect them to make one that will work on Finches, but why not on macaws?

Its a tracking device. Like a microchip you put in cars and can track the vehicle on a website with a map.

Both my McCaw and Congo are micro chipped with the HomeAgain Chip.
