I rescued this cat from a park where someone dumped it when it wasened even weaned and it keeps biting people. he is an indoor cat so he doesent bite strangers or anything and i have had him nutered and declawed but nothing seems to bring his aggresion down. Is there somekind of medication or obediance class for cats with aggresion problems?
No, seriously, it worked for one of my cats. He bit me, I bit him back, not really hard, but hard enough for it to be unpleasant. You need to establish yourself as Alpha-cat. If the biting this is too gross or weird (yes, I admit it, I am weird ) you could also try to "mount" him and pin him to the floor with your face against his while staring him in the eye (this works with dogs too).
Also, he may still be a little feral. As he gets use to people this should calm down. Or maybe he is just mad about the excruciatingly cruel ordeal of being declawed.
(Okay, I know this is an old post, and the OP is probably not around anymore, but I could not resist letting everyone know that I once bit my cat to teach it a lesson! )
I like most cats better than I like most people. I'll try to be nicer if you try to be smarter.
