after a few days i sent an email saying we were still looking for the light, we would rather find one of the same one then have her buy 2 and sorry for the arguement And i explaned in a nice way why I got so mad.
She jumped on her high horse emailed me back starting with thanks for the nice email I appracate it and then started trying to be little me agin and went off on a rant on how she does not like me talking about her son. All I said was that we did get along and then he became very rude. If he had not been so rude in the past I wouldnt have been so mad now. I didnt say what he had done, the only word I used that could have been bad was rude.

So Im done Hubby can fnd the light, send her the cost, and get the money. I dont want to talk to her any more.

I did find out she does that to everyone no matter how they are or how she knows them. She is always talking down to people and be littling them. She also only brings up her sones mental dissorder if he is in trouble with someone. If he steals she will mentaldissorder his was out of trouble. If he runs over someones mail box she will mental dissorder his way out of trouble. Got kicked out of mc donalds and got mental dissordered right back in.
any other time she forgets its there and lets him do what he wants when he wants with who he wants.

I'm a little disturbed at you making light of his disabilities and whether you feel they are "real" or not. There are plently of very important and powerful people who had mental disabilities. There are many grades of disabilities and you should not judge a person based on their (as you so eloquently put it) "Wal-Mart greeter" aptitude.
And believe it or not, there are many famous people different grades of various disabilities too. Here's a short list: Hans Christian Anderson; Ann Bancroft; Jarry Belafonte: Alexander Graham Bell; George Burns; Cher; Winston Churchill; Tom Cruise; Walt Disney; Nelson Rockefeller...I'm going to stop there cause if you don't get it by now....

I dont care who has mental dissabltys and who does not. I dont keep up with famous people anyway, Crap i barley know who plays in what movie let alone who has a dissabilty, why so and so was put in jail, and who has more money.

Its not that someone with a mental dissabilty cant have a good job. If his dissorder was as bad as his mom says it is he wouldnt be driving, and he couldnt hold a job. I dont think he could hold a job as a walmart greeter if it was that bad.
According to his mother he has the mind of a small child. but he is able to hold a job, and she lets him do what he wants when he wants and only bring up his dissabilty when hes in trouble.
I figure he may have a small problem of some kind but its far from being what they make it out to be

I have a sister who is mentally disabled and has a drivers license, and actually has worked as a Wal-mart people greeter. She is bi-polar, but can't do any type of money handling. Just because people may have a mental disability, sometimes the meds don't work and you have to keep up with their changing systems. People can be perfectly normal most of the time and still have "problems". So it is something that can and does happen.

I also think you didn't handle the situation correctly at the time, but if you get the light fixed that is all that is important. We all have days that we react off the wall, I guess you both had the same type of day.

What kind of lights are these? I just replaced my two outdoor lights with a pair from Costco. This may sound funny, but they are beautiful, and $19.95 a pair. I must say they do look expensive though :)

I did have a bit of a hard time following your story, but it does sound as though the young man has some type of disability. I would think, if all the guys were playing basketball, then they would all pitch in to fix it.

Seems like alot of drama over an accident.

I should have known better. Monkey why don't you take some classes, learn how to speak, write and spell English and then post.

I honestly believe you are a very young person making up half or more of the stories you post.

Learn the correct English and write a book. You might as well make some money by marketing your fiction

yeah because I feel the need to make up random storys to try and impress a bunch of people I dont know.

But hey sence for some reason you expect it here is a nice story (fiction of corse) for you, But only because I love you so much.

One night a burglar is trying to break into a house. He's sneaking across the lawn when he hears a voice - "Jesus is watching you!" He jumps, turns around, but he doesn't see anything. So he starts creeping across the lawn again. "Jesus is watching you!" He hears it again. So now the burglar is really looking around, and he sees a parrot in a cage by the side of the house. He says to the parrot, "Did you say that?" The parrot answers "Yes I did." So the burglar asks, "What's your name?" The parrot says "Clarence." The burglar says "What kind of stupid idiot would name his parrot Clarence?" The parrot laughs and says, "The same stupid idiot that named his Rottweiler 'Jesus' "

monkeyeatbutt,there are some intolerant people on this forum, including myself, but I for one will say that there is no need for anyone to say that this girl is someone pretending to be someone else, or making up stories. Since I've joined this forum, I've been under suspicion for pretending I'm someone I'm not, called a fool, criticized for the way I respond to people and generally scrutinized by quite a few people, apparently. I now know why, but I still don't find it necessary to malign this girl for her spelling, grammar and method of writing. Monkey, it is hard to follow,and maybe you could slow down a bit when you write. My suggestion to you is to look for an adult literacy class in your area, and if you're interested in improving your writing skills, it could be fun as well to meet some other people. There are also many courses on-line that would suit you as well.I liked your joke about the burglar, by the way.

Im not worried enough to take a class on it, I should probly slow donw but when i slow down i lose place, get things mixed up and skip around more then i normaly do.
I type like i talk and think, very fast, and kinda loud.

i personaly have a high tolerance level. I know things can get lost in translation and I dont hold it agenst anyone.
Im also used to people thinking im a lier, poser, fake, ect. but hey i have told a few strangte storys befor (all true if they were not true I would stright up tell you). Im sure some of you rember the story about hubby's boss shoting his dog over and over and the dog standing there barking instead of dieing. Thats a hard one to belive but sometimes life is stranger then fiction, and i just get more then my fair share of strange.

ill let you all know if I ever get my lights. it will probly be a while Someone told me they were going on some long vacation.

The thing is Monkey when you type with correct spelling and grammar it is so very much easier to read your posts. Do it for the person reading it, if not for yourself.

Just try to reread your posts before you hit submit and you will see they are very hard to read.

My spelling im not going to make up a reason for, im a bad speller, sometimes its a typo and I catch it later on but im a bad speller and have a prolem with the letter E. Any time Im not sure what to put I add an E I dont mean to do it and half the time I dont even know im doing it.

When I read it it makes sence most of the time, I have gone back to read a message i sent to a friend and had to read it 3 or 4 times to figure out what I was trying to say. but most of the time it looks fine to me and I honestly dont see anything wrong with it other then "wow that one was a lot longer then I though it was gonna be".
When im kinda moody they get longer and longer and longer.

i also go out of my way to explain everything, I know Im doing it but I feel the need to do it all the time. I got a email from a lady I got something from on ebay, it said Wow thanks for the fast payment. some how my simple your welcome let me know when you mail it so i can watch the mail turned into a whole story about how I had trolls growing up and my daughter wanted them but my cuz stole them so my gram is upset and blah blah blah. I know i do it but I cant stop. its kinda like those cans of air for your keybord, You know they keybord is clean but you cant help but keep spraying untill your hand is cold and the can is covered in ice.

I probly have some strange thing going on in my head. When i think about it I do try to space things out but a lot of the time that slips my mind.
