He has already thew up 3 times. The first time allot and the second, the third time just a little nothing in his stomauch to put out anymore.
When I went to pick him up he had a spase attach, cannot stand up on his own, I have to move him.
I'm planning on taking him to the Vet tomorrow, but I was wondering if there was something I can do now. I have Benadyl(children) but it's not for upset stomauck, only runny noise, soar throught, watery eyes etc... What can I do now?
If your cat is vomiting and can't stand on it's own or move on it's own, you should take it to the emergency vet now. Vomiting by itself isn't necessarily a big concern, but not being able to stand or move is. Your cat may have gotten into something toxic
Thanks, but I know for a fact he did not get into anything that is toxic. My cats cannot not open kitchen cabinets and I don't have but two bottles of chemicals which is lysol and windex, and if the bathroom stays open they don't even think of going in there, and there is no chemicals lying around for them to get ahold of. So it's gatta be something else.
Could it be that because of the food. He was fine up until yesturday when I started feeding him Control supreme Science Diet food. They were use to eating the "Light, hairball control", but not the "Supreme hairball control", which I just started them on yesturday. But I have another Cat, Matty and he didn't get sick.
Puma thew up what looks like that same food, which the color is yellow. I give him some Benadryl, and he is now a little better, not hot anylonger and he can walk, but still a little wabbly.
Is there something else that maybe I can do. I have already stopped him from eating the food and will be exchanging the food to the Light hairball control today. But what can I do to make him feel better?
