They are both great foods! I feed Lacy Nature's Variety Raw rabbit and vension. I feed one of my cats Nature's Variety Instinct canned food (rabbit) and my other cat eats Merrick canned food (variety pack). Both cats also get one raw NV medallion as well. I think NV raw is the best way to go but if you are wanting to do dry or canned either one would be good. You could even feed one some days and another on other days. It doesn't hurt to give them a little variety in their diet if they don't have sensitive stomachs. They really are both great foods
