I am not even getting my American Bulldog puppy for 2 months, but I'm extremely excited and want to be fully prepared. I have the following questions:
What age is it appropriate to use a pinch collar? I will be having a dogwalker let her out twice a day and don't want bad habbits developed. So, I want to start asap, but am not sure what age is safe to use a pinch collar.
Also, what age is it appropriate to start obedience classes?
First I would never use a pinch collar on a young puppy. I would never use a pinch collar on a dog who's training does not warrant using it. If you do not know what you are doing, you can cause more damage than good. It is best to seek out help from a professional trainer in your area. If you want to do it the right way from the start.

I would not go with a pinch collar. You can start training as soon as the pup comes to your home, you can start OB classes at 6 months. I would highly suggest OB classes with a AB, they are strong willed dogs with high drive. They have lots of engery to burn in a day. My girl is 6 years old and still acts like a pup and still needs a reminder every now and then.
Give me a few and I will post some links for great collars that will help you out that are NOT pinch collars.
May I ask where you are getting this pup from?

I am at work (and having a really busy day) so I will look at that link when I go home.
Training starts the day I get her, there's no doubt about that. I wasn't sure when a pinch collar would be healthy (obviously not at 8-9 weeks when I get her), but aparently that's not the best method.
Obedience classes will happen even if she's doing really well without them. I'm actually going to be meeting with some OB instructors and view classes next month after I'm done with the cpa exam (which eats all my free time right now).
Thanks for the input. Any other suggestions are welcome!
I agree with everyone, don't use a pinch collar unless warranted. We use them on our Huskies, but as you may guess they are VERY strong pullers.
They are not safely used on pups until 4-5 months of age anyways. Before that, their throat muscles are not strong enough to protect their esophogus and trachea from the extra pressure of a pinch collar. Same goes with a regular choke chain. Any kind of collar that puts pressure, it's better to wait.
The more people I meet, the more I love my Siberians...
I think that if you are getting your pup so young you should be able to do it all by yourself no help(pinch collar) if you really want to try something try a halti collar. It goes around your pups face like a horse's halter. It works much much beter than any choker/pinch collar I've ever seen. When the dog pulls instead of putting pressure on his neck or chest it turns his head towards you. Works like a charm!
