My young pure breed black lab ran away Sept 7 6:00 pm. He is wearing a black studded collar, no dogs tags, however updated on all his shots, and recently adopted from Utah Humain's society. He is my best friends. Very playful. If you have any information please let me know,
I know you want to get your dog back, but I really suggest that you delete your name and phone number from the post. Thousands of people are in and out of here everyday; and you are leaving yourself wide open for any weirdo to get at you. I would suggest putting up flyers in your area, along with calling all vets offices and shelters near your house. Good luck, and I hope you find your pup.
Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm a schizophrenic and so am I.
I agree with Leo. Deleting your personal info is your best bet. I undertsand you want your baby back, but this is a high volume forum filled with strangers...some stranger than others and can really do some damage and harassing with a name and phone number. Might I suggest you have them PM you if they have info, you can decide from there whther to share your personal info or an e-mail addy.
People are like slinky's, not really good for much. But its still fun to push them down the stairs.
Please heed their warning! They are right! Take your personal phone number etc...off It almost happened to me less than a month ago. I put up a dog wanted ad, stating how our family alaskan malamute died and we were all heart broken. And a weirdo got a hold of us and played with our emotions and was going to have us drive down to the outskirts of NYC to pick one up. We communicated with him for 9 days and believed he was sincere... Thank goodness, hours before we were going to head down to pick up this puppy, we demanded a picture and through that picture and google.com.. we found out that this scammer, he took a picture off a site on google and was pretending he had this puppy..just to lure us down to his apartment in the city... God only knows what would have happened...SO PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR SELF become vulnerable to scammers! Follow their advise!!! Place local ads in your local newspapers and post signs all over your area! Remember the internet is a very good tool but has it's down falls too! (my story of what happened is in the pages of the dog forum under WARNING INVITATION FOR A FREE PUP on around page 10) Though I do need to end my story and tell you, that if it wasn't for a nice breeder, I found on the internet, who knew what happened, she helped me by contacting all of her friends (other breeders) and came up with an alaskan malamute pup for me to buy. We are the proud owners of a new black/white male pup named "Nash" So like I said, the internet deals with GOOD PEOPLE and BAD PEOPLE.
