Sorry lots of links...anyhoot i'm trying to find something that is very tastey that is cheaper. i thought about making gravy with pan drippings but not sure if all that fat will be too much for the pooch. She will eat her kibble plain, but she makes it out to be such a chore (been that way since she was 7 weeks old). Anyone have ideas on a cheap mixer. Orijen is pretty high protein, low carb, and no grain (70%/30%/0%), so not sure about adding just plain ole meat. I considered Honest Kitchen raw but I don't think you are supposed to feed raw and kibble at the same time. Would the gravy be a good idea?

What about adding some chicken or beef broth? That would add flavour without adding fat. Be sure to get low sodium or better yet make it yourself. I usually wet the kibble a little bit with hot water. You can also try adding a bit of canned food - Merrick is a good one or even the Orijen canned. You can add meat too.
In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semi human. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog. ~Edward Hoagland
