There are many people looking for pups on craigslist, I personally would do a home visit first and background check though before sending my pups off. And me, well, I would also get a vet reference and personal references too. Just a thought for you. NY has many more dogs than homes so our pounds/shelters are full yet people tend to buy from byb and leave shelter pups/dogs there...
Selling pups on Craigslist is not allowed. You are allowed to list dogs for adoption with a reasonable adoption fee(which they feel is $100). I would be very leary of those on Craigslist. There has been several scams running on there.
He's your friend, your partner, your defender your dog.You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours faithful and true to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to worthy of such devotion
I have had a hard time selling one of my little male shih tzus. I had homes lined up for all the rest as soon as they were born....but no one seems to want him. I've ended up naming him...which probably means...he's staying here. What kind of puppies do you have??? I'm a pretty picky person though. I do alot of checking with refrences and if I have any funny feelings...you aren't getting one of my babies!!! You can also put a profile on Dogster....but that's only for adoption. Have you tried flyers at your groomer/vets?? That's my best bet. I put an add in the paper before....but didn't care for most of the people that came to look at them...and I'm not afraid to say "NO SALE!". Good luck on finding your babies a home!!
