OMG That is beyond sad. I could barely see that through the tears. I lost it when i saw that adorable little Pekingese face. I would like to see the owners locked up on their own property and only checked up on, and maybe fed, once a week !
If you are a dog and your owner suggests that you wear a sweater, suggest that he wear a tail.
This totally breaks my heart to watch...although it did warm a little seeing the obvious concern of Sherriff Morgan. (no, that's not me:)...) I sincerely hope that every one of those babies can get rescued by the proper groups: as cute as they are, they're most likely facing a lifetime of medication and special diets, and are certain to have psychological issues that most pet owners would be unable to help the dogs with. Given the chance, I'd take some just to give them the best life possible. I'm glad that this mill was discovered, and saddened that it came too late for the pup that didn't survive. In all honesty though, I believe that it's highly probably that there were many many more dead dogs (and cats, and ducks, and chickens) whose bodies were disposed of long before the authorities knew of this operation.
I feel bad leaving my dogs to go to work and that at the most if for 7 hours at a stretch. Most of the times it will be 3 1/2 then I come home for lunch for an hour and then the kids take care of them after school and that would be an hour later. I couldnt imagine leaving for a week.
OMG thats is SO sad!! How could somebody do this? It breaks my heart as well but im glad for the happy ending, well i hope. I hate to see things like this but it is so true and real you just dont know what to think when they show up again and again...
