not trying to ask a dumb quesstion but is she a pure pit? I ask because i have been trying to figure out the other half of my pit mix and people always say pits cant have a deep chest like that. Which i dont think is true. Shes very pretty!
Oh he does! As soon as i get home from work we go right out and he rools around in it. Digs his head into the snow and then raise it really fast and make snow fly everywhere. he loves catching snowballs. This is his first winter that i know of.
Patch - beautiful. :) Pronounced [Two-shay]? So pretty.
Tito is quite adorable as well. :) He does have a pit face to me. Kind of Staffordshire Terrier - looking too but I don't know, lol. So hard to tell these days. =/
I'm so jealous of the snow. It's 75 with major humidity and a ton of fog (that stays ALL DAY LONG). Feels either cold because of how damp it is or 80 because of the humidity. Ugh. I'm still wondering if it's really December.

Thanks Patch! Ive been reading that site about a lot of things. very cool. I just wish i knew Titos other half...Im thinking maybe pointer or some type like that. He trys to hunt birds. And is starting to get spots on his belly and paws. Do you have any more pics of your dogs? I would love to see them.
zero1268 I don't think I can post my website according to the rules but you can google my screen name and see my kids, plus there are a bunch of picts posted on this forum of them too. __________________________________________________________ I took a peek at your pup Shadow's page, he looks in pretty good shape, doesn't look fat from the picts or too skinny. Right in the middle where he should be like Touche'. Shadow is listed as a Pit/lab mix so that also make a difference in his appearance. He is a cutie pie
Actually Touche' is not skinny that is her body type. She is extremely muscular and very athletic. That is her genetic make up. Will all be like her? No, because genetically even dogs with in the breed are not exactly the same add to that she is extremely active. No a days some seem to feel bigger is better and the breedings reflect that instead of the standards. Also I notice some who keep their dogs overweight which is very unhealthy for them IMO. She is also a pup only 14 months and going through growth spurts at the moment what I call the lankies LOL. I think she has great structure for a pup.
Yes, she and my others especially more so her and her sire remind me of little cartoon characters sometimes. They tilt their heads at you while you talk and while they watch tv like they are really paying attention and understanding what is going on.
I love the breed. I wish more took the time to learn about them and understand what they are truly like.
