MY 3 CHIS ARE VERY MELLOW DOGS THEY ARE 2 YEARS OLD, BUT I HAVE A BIG BABY, THATS THE BORIS APSO, (ROCKI), HE IS VERY JEALOUS OF THE KUKY. SINCE I BROUGHT HER HOME HE'S BEEN AFTER HER. NOT ALL THE TIME THOU. HE ALREADY BIT HER ONCE ON HER FACE AND CUT INTO HER SKIN A LITTLE BIT A FEW DAYS AGO, I THOUGHT THAT THE PUNISHMENT I GAVE HIM WOULD MAKE HIM THINK NEXT TIME HE WANTED TO FIGHT HER WHICH WAS TO HAVE HIM TIED UP WHICH HE DISPIZES WITH ALL HIS MIGHT ,EVERYTIME HE MISBEHAVES I DO THAT AND HE BARKS FOR HOURS AND HOURS UNTIL HE CALMS DOWN BUT THIS TIME IT DIDNT WORK, HE ATTACKED HER AND BIT HER ON THE MOUTH I IMAGINE CAUSE HER JAW IS DISCLOCATED AND BLEEDING, HERE WHERE I LIVE THERE ARE NO ER VETS WHICH *SUCKS* DOES ANY1 KNOW IF IN THIS CASES SURGERY IS REQUIRED?

First off, I understand you are panicked, but posting in all caps actually makes it harder to read your post. And it's against the rules. So don't do it.

2nd. Call every single veterinarian in your area. Even though they are generally not 'emergency', most vets have an 'on-call' type thing going. I know if I had a serious emergency like that, my vet would come to his office to help me out, even after hours.

3rd. The fact that your dog has already attacked the new dog should have clued you in on the fact that trouble was a-brewing. Putting your dog outside on the line isn't going to make the aggressive dog like or get along with the other dog, any more my grounding my daughter from school would make her like the mean little boy who poured milk on her head at school. They just don't like each other. End of story.

It is your responsibility as the dog owner to keep the two absolutely and completely separated from each other 100% of the time, so disasters like this don't happen again. It sounds like your household has reached 'critical mass' in terms of number of dogs, and adding any more dogs upsets the delicate heirarchy and balance that existed. Either keep both the dogs apart 100% of the time, or rehome the newest dog, for it's own safety.

What the heck is a Boris Apso? I never heard of it? Is it a mixed breed dog or something?

I suggest very strongly that you do a little more research into dog behavior.
The punishments that you are describing are going to make the problems worse.

I'm thinking it's a Lhapsa Apso named Boris???? Can I just say I do not understand how you bring a new pet into your home without first checking to see if the others are going to be okay with it & visa versa.
When I went to the shelter for my Shylo, I brought my Sage with me to be certain they would get along before bring Shylo home.
What's up with that? I have seen this needless problem before.
