I'm pretty sure all you have to do is tick off one of the moderators by swearing, trying to sell things or being stupid. They will cancel that account quite easily for you. LOL

That is true, if you violate the TOS a mod can block your user names. Basically, account closed.

Jerry, Promoting other websites & forums site is against the TP TOS, which is clearly stated every time you post. Sort of makes sense that Admin would prefer not to drive traffic to other sites that compete with this one.

If you check content your site/forum/blog is also pet related. Shiny (who happens to be a mod, familiar with the TOS) has posted a link to a blog that is NOT pet related.

This is the second warning about your comments today.

Please consider this your last warning before finding yourself blocked.

Prymom: Say, someone is doing some bad stuff and you kick him off. What if he comes back as a diffrent guy? How can you tell?

Mods can see the IP numbers. Dead giveaway when someone is demonstrating trollish behavior and persists in returning once banned.

Easiest explanation, It is the number assigned to you by your hosting company as your computer's "address" when you log on to the internet.

I am curious as to the ages of a few of our newer members, Daisy, you Opie & Jerry Lewis.

I get the distinct impression that you are all pretty young. Some younger than others.

Yes, but each computer has it's own IP. She/he can have a laptop and a home computer, or like my parents each have their own computers and laptops! (they need them for work)

call me crazy, but why would someone post themselves as two different people. I don't understand. Are people that bored with their lives they have to sign on a computer with different names. I thought this is a site for pet questions. I am new to this entire thing. Should I be concerned with the suggestions to some of the questions I post. How do I know who is a "troll"? I know the members with status I can trust but who do I need to be concerned with?
