Can someone help me find a boxer puppy......

I have been looking all over the internet as well as local ads for a Boxer puppy in the New York or New Jersey area (possibly CT or PA also if not too far). I would like a puppy as opposed to a young or adult dog for my kids.
If anyone has any ideas or actually knows somewhere please let me know I have my 5 yr olds Birthday coming and we just lost our boxer due to cancer. I was also looking for one that is not too expensive..... :-)

You can check out your local rescues/shelters to see if they have any puppies. Often times entire litters are turned over.

You can also check with the AKC as they offer a breeder referral. They also have a classified site that has boxer puppies available within New York.

Just make sure you do your homework on who you purchase from.

One thing that is really really important is that you do research on breeders before deciding on a breeder.
You don't want to end up being scammed and left with a sick pup.
Do the homework.
Check AKC lists on breeders try and find one close to you or in traveling distance.. meet the breeder before choosing. Check things like if the right tests have been done on the adult dogs and how things look where the pups will be bred and raised. a.s.o
If you think dogs can't count, try putting three dog biscuits in your pocket and then giving Fido only two of them.

there are several in those areas in the classifieds of this website... you can go and visit some of those breeders...

Paw Print, you are welcome to provide links to various kennel clubs. It's any site that would conflict (forum, sites offering pups for sales, etc...) that ca not be linked to.

I thought wanted topics in general were not allowed? Anyhow you can google the breed and your area but if price is an issue then maybe you should contact your local shelters and let them know what you are looking for and leave your contact info and they would contact you when something is available and you would get your dog and also be helping out a dog who is at risk of loosing its life at the shelter.Good luck
