This was brought up in another topic and I wanted to know what everyone else thinks about it! I think they can see things we can't. My dogs will wag their tails and act scared when nothing is around. Just looking into the air. They will attack walls. At times they will not walk down the hallway. There are many things that have happened in my house that no one can explain. So what you do think???

I think cats and dogs CAN see things we can't. I have heard a lot about cats knowing things like that. Not a lot on dogs, though it would not surprise me at all. I heard something once that they (cats, dogs, birds...ect) can sense when an earthquake will hit, something to do with the magnatisim of the earth.

Like humand, I believe that some dogs can see ghosts. Some humans can see them, but most can't. Maybe most dogs can csee them, but some don't. I don't think Olie can see ghosts, but I know Lily, Coco, and I can. My family was actually just talking about this the other day, lol. We think I have a ghost that follows me around, seriously. Long story, lol. But I am pretty sure that Coco and Lily can see her, and she doesn't ever seem to faise (sp?) Olie.

I do believe that dogs (not sure about cats) can see ghosts. I have no dought. Dogs are usually pure of heart and they say that is one of the reasons humans (usually children) can see ghosts (heard that in some discovery channel episode).

yes i believe they can. when i was young our gsd max would always growl at the door to our attic. he would never go up to the attic just growl at the door. never had any other animals that acted like they saw things that weren't there except him.

I'm am close to certain cats can because isn't that why witches use cats as familiars. They are spiritual animals (both cats and dogs I mean). I myself use a cat familiar (I refuse to get into a religious debate so, Yes I am wiccan. Lets leave it at that,okay?)

I find this a pile of crap. 1. I don't believe in ghosts...I have never been haunted by these imaginary objects. 2. Dogs are dogs. They are just like people but in cute fluffy forms. And they can't speak. 3. I think that these dogs mabey heard a noise outside, mabey on the other side of the wall. 4.I think that this person is lying, to either get attention or to become recognized on tv with his dogs. 5. It really depends on your spiritual beliefs. I am Christian, so I don't become haunted by these objects.

i don't know about dogs but i think cats see things, they just seem to be in another world all together. I have never had any personal experience with ghosts though

Alot of Christans I know beleive. Don't go into the whole they aren't Christan BS with me either. I ain't hearing it. If you don't belive that is fine but do NOT go into this person wants attention or to be on TV. Looks to me you are the one wanting it. I just started to see what everyone thinks. Everyone has their own opinion and that is fine but there is not need to make comments such as those you made. For the record I am not a he i am a SHE!!

There are some "unexplained" events that have taken place in our house and we blame "Vivian" (she owned the house b4 us). Maybe that explains why my dogs just "freak out" on occasion. They dont bark or growl or anything like that, but they will "track" things that I cannot explain. Sometimes they even act as if someone is stopping them from doing something they would normally do.....such as walking thru a doorway, or down the hall even though there appears to be noone there. Hmmmmm.....do dogs see dead people? LOL

I guess there are a few of us here that are afraid to open our mouths. I will not talk about religion, I am sick of people insulting me about it. Ghosts do exist. Wheather or not you believe they to, they do. For one, I have seen them, and I know other people who have. Not all people can see them, but some do. There is a lot of evidence, other than seeing them, that shows they exist. I am pretty sure dogs see them as well. If they can't see them, they can definately sence that they are there.

Chili pepper: It's okay to have your own opinion. I don't have no problem with you not believing in these kinds of things. What I do find offensive is that you dismiss it as "... a pile of crap." Others DO believe regardless of wether YOU do or not. You should TRY and take other peoples beliefs into consideration before you say something like that. I'm not trying to start a fight or anything, I just really didn't like how you worded it.
