I thought that Opie said that she and Daisy were friends at school??? If that's the case, then Daisy could just ask Opie. Somebody needs to get their story straight.

Wow-my cat Opie lived to be 17 yrs old-WONDERFUL cat!!!!!
My daughter did get on here with his name and when i saw the chaos going on i told her it was not a good idea to come here anymore.
I since have been viewing the posts and replying to a few.
Thinking a I could get advice when needed and maybe give some if I could.
I do not appreciate her being spoken about that way.
I did not feel the need to let you all know this thinking it was over and done with and no harm( though some did treat her crudely).
Fine-some things she posted were immature. She has not been back to bother you.
Guess I will not be back to bother you either.

REALLY?!?! SO when I look back at the things Riverclan has said, I am supposed to believe that this is somebody's mother? Like take for instance all of the things she had to say on March 9th. These are direct quotes: "Thats right, Opie911! u MUST be going mental. I would never slap ANYBODY throwing trash in MY yard. I'd scream at them!" , "Hippos are neat! I likecats best 2!" and "He used to be my fav. cat. But it turns out, Mistyfoot swims! She can catch fish. Fireheart/star CAN'T TILL LATER!!!!!!!!!!!" Interesting .......so it turns out that this was not Opie pretending to be somebody else? It was really her mother? Imagine that!

I began posting after that not thinking that you would want to know how i came to be here.
i have tried posting reasonbly for my own questions and maybe to answer others.
i have NOT tried to fool anybody.

I just took over her account-like i posted-she does not come here anymore.

Pen-she no longer uses it and i have been using it-like i wrote- she does not come here anymore.
Look-REALLY,when she showed me the site and her posts got silly and others were rude to her-she was not allowed back on
AND-believe me or not-fine-you don't know me and why should you trust me-I understand that.
But if you do ck the past posts-i think you will see that i have not been here to cause problems.-but i have since been deleting MY posts-but you can read the few she wrote all you want.
I am sorry if i have disturbed anyone-that has not been my intention.
I love my pets and care for animals and that is why I have been visiting this site-to share with others who feel the same.
OH-and thanks for reading-i will probably erase all this soon as well so I don't flood your site anymore.

BTW-my cat OPIE helped raise my kids and was such a precious cat.

Smells like a FISH story to me......

Sam and Morris were both fanatics about deep sea fishing. Each would come back from fishing trips, and tell the other big lies about the number, and sizes of the fish they caught.

So Sam comes back from his latest fishing trip, and tells Morris, " You wouldn't believe, but in da Bahamas I caught a 500 pound herring. "

Morris says....A 500 pound herring ? Well that's nothing, last time I fished in da Bahamas, I pulled up an old lantern from a sunken Spanish ship . . . and da candle was still burning! "

They both looked at each other, knowing that the other was lying.

Finally, Morris said to Sam...." Look Sam, if you take 450 pounds from off your herring I'll blow out my candle ! "


Sooooo which one of you is trimming the fish, and which one is blowing out the candle.................

Riverclan, I think that explanation makes sense, and I have not noticed any problems at all with any of your posts. I hope you stick around. There's lots to learn, and contribute; so start fresh!

Oh Pen please. Sometimes i worry about you ! lol Riverclan is clearly yanking our chains. Probably why when maxandallie, pointed out her childish grammar in her old posts, she went back and deleted them all. Which by the way, Pyrmom clearly stated recently that we can edit our post, but not remove the entire post. Espescially when its a thread starter. Here is just one that she has deleted, there are several others......

Does this make daisy911 also your daughter? daughters friend? opie's alias?

Story isnt matching up as it is being told....will look into things some more and see.
People are like slinky's, not really good for much. But its still fun to push them down the stairs.

I'm sorry, but if Riverclan really is Mom, then obviously the apple didn't fall far from the tree. If you think I am being "rude" refer to my quote. Children who post like children will learn a hard truth here. The world is not a pretty place where everyone will be polite and put up with idiocy and ignorance. Get use to it kiddos!

We have pleanty of young people here that don't post like idiots. Look at Jette. She is obviously young and she uses a lot of slang, but she states her opinion, and isn't argumentative about things she doesn't know about. She asks legitimate questions to get information. Some of them may sound like common-sense to those of us with more experience, but she is trying to draw off of that. I'm sure there are other young posters here that don't make fools of themselves as well.

what i meant by that statement was i had my cat a long time and he could comfort my children-he was special.
and i left my child's posts but deleted my own(because i don't care to share with this forum anymore)-but i left hers to show i am not trying to hide anything

None of my children would have come here acting like brats. And i have six of them. Opie did not just come here and post nonsense once or twice. It was an ongoing thing over a period of months. If you are her mother as you say, then where were you ? Obviously NOT keeping tabs on your child. The internet is a priviledge. When its abused , the priveledge is revoked immediately. And she would not have been able to carry on her nonsense as long as she did. This is probably not the only site that she has caused a stir on.
And if you think she was bullied here, you had better pray that she wasnt on worse sites than this. There are ALOT of predators out there just waiting to prey on children. Do not blame the people here because you were an irresponsible parent and allowed your child to run amok, whenever and wherever she pleased.

And also, if you really ARE her mother, your previous use of grammar, which you have went back and deleted, was very pre-adolescent. And a poor example to the younger members of the forum, that do come here and conduct themselves maturely........

Riverclan, Opie was banned from this forum for her behavior (or lack thereof). There is no way to take over another person's account, unless you are using that person's screen name. In Opie's case, it was a "no can do" because the user name was blocked.

If you are in fact the parent of this child, perhaps a bit more supervision while on the computer is in order? You see only those posts not deleted and none of the PMs sent in warning.

If you are an adult who realized your child's behavior was unacceptable and have joined the forum for your own entertainment I seriously doubt anyone will have any issues with your participating.

Daisy, consider this the one and ONLY warning you will receive. Any nonsense at all and your user name will also be banned and IPs monitored for all new users.

Since it IS summer time, mods will be paying far closer attention to any "wonky" posts/posters and warnings will be far fewer before we ban any who abuse the forum and/or ignore the clearly stated rules.
