hi everyone!!!
wish someone can give me some good advice :)
i would love to own a beagle puppy and have found some really cute ones from this site!!! the only problem is that i am from malta (europe)!! is it safe to buy pets from the internet and is it harmful to ship them such a long way??
would appreciate your help

The only reliable way to pick a pup from the net, is to gather the best ones, make sure they're not registered with a bogus registry, and come and physically look at the pups, armed with as much knowledge about the breed as you can.
To be honest, I would go north, and look in Spain or France, even the U.K. You're at least not that far away, and you can bring a puppy on board with you, with certain airlines. If you can't physically get to the breeder, you can pick a puppy that you really like and open a dialogue with the breeder,and ask for references. Look at each country's Beagle Club , and go from there. Good luck!

Personally, I would never ship a puppy from the U.S to Malta, unless I was with it.
