My 13wk old pup has been dry heaving quite a bit the last 24 hours. She gets to the point where she gags and tries to throw up. It is really sad, and I feel so bad when she does this! (about 5-6 times/hour unless she is sleeping)
Her stools are normal, and she is eating and drinking just fine. I do let her play in dirt and sticks a lot, and we go to the dog park almost every day, so she could have caught something from another pup, or she could have a piece of stick stuck somewhere?
We have an appointment w/ the vet on friday for her third round of shots, but should I take her in sooner?

I would take her sooner to get the antibiotics going, the Veterinarian may not Vaccinate your puppy if he has Kennel cough. It will have to clear up first. I would guess that if the puppy did have a stick lodged he would not eat, so I am guessing that it is Kennel cough. Don't go near any other dogs and carry the puppy into the Vet and let them know ahead of time that you suspect Kennel cough. The puppy could pass it on to other animals very easily.
When I look up into the sky, I think to myself, Wheres the ceiling?
