HI WE TOOK OUR PUPPIES TO THE VET YESTERDAY , THEY GOT A GREAT BILL OF HEALTH , THEY DON'T HAVE A CLEFT PALLETT , THEY DO HAVE A LIL BIT OF A CLEFT LIP WHICH CAN BE CORRECTED WHEN THEY ARE AROUND 10 WEEKS OLD , THE VET SAID STOP TUBE FEEDING THEM , AND START BOTTLE FEEDING THEM , I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY , THEY ARE TAKING BOTTLES VERY WELL YAAAAAAAAAAAAA. SO TODAY THEY ARE 3 DAYS OLD , HE WEIGHED 12 OZ AND SHE WEIGHED 10 OZ
That is wonderful news! Bless your heart for going far more than "that extra mile" with the tube feedings, the bottle feedings, the impending surgeries, &, last but certainly not least, the TLC (!) you're providing to give these little pups a fighting chance!
(P. S.: Sorry, but it's considered rude & is against forum rules to type in all caps.)
Dogs have taught me all I need to know about life, love, loyalty, & laughter; & (heartbreakingly), loss & "letting go" of a loved one as well. God bless ‘em…
