Breeding is not cheap. There are all the costs associated with the actual pregnancy, all the multiple problems, that always seem to happen when you have no money, and then you have the cost of at least docking the pup(should crop before new homes to) and keeping them till at least ten weeks so two set of shots on twelve pups is not cheap, let alone the food to feed them. And you will not make nearly enough out of it to make it worth it.
But obviously we are wrong and you are right. Since we know nothing about dogs, the dobe breed or breeding.

I might be too late on this one, but I have to comment. Check with your local SPCA. They may have reduced rates for spay and neuter that they contract with local vets. Ours does about every three months. While I have never used it, a friend took her dog and was very pleased.
"my family comes first" My pets ARE my family. My pets ALWAYS come first with the family because when you adopt a dog you are adopting a new family member. This is horrible. You don't dump your dog for an upgrade. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET SOME COMMON SENSE. I hope someday you come to your senses.
I am actually not a new member, I have been on TerrificPets for about 3 years, but made a new account.
I agree with pen........ I have breed Boston Terriers. I now have eight. So many expenses that go with breeding and some have problems and you have to be willing to take care of them for there whole life. My Bandit boy was born blind, he's 13 now. Are you willing to take on that, i'm guessing your not. Get your dogs fixed and maybe find a nice home for both of them. People like you shouldn't have pets.
Apparently it is cheaper to buy a purebred dog than it is to give proper vet care to one you already have. Hmmmmm.....who knew? Silly me spending all this money at the vet when my pets need vaccinations and stuff. Nobody told me I could just dispose of them when I get tired of them. I hope they don't get tired of the kid and want a better one.
