Polar Paws are a boot / bootie for dogs. I believe they are also marketed under the name Muttluks or something similar. Our Keesha has a hard time to go out for her potty calls in the winter, she has nearly no hair between her toes and ends up holding up one foot and then another while she tries to find the right place to go. They are fleece with knit cuffs and a velcro strap to hold them on the dogs leg. The bottoms are almost rubberized and are supposed to protect the dogs foot from the snow & ice. I heard about them from a gal that mushes her dogs. From what I've heard, some vets sell them individually to owners of dogs that have had surgery on a foot to keep them from chewing or licking the stitches or wound.
Was curious to see if anyone on here had tried them yet or are they gimmicky?
Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter.
