New to the site, looking to see if I can find any information on this. Our boxer just passed away. He was registered with the American Kennel club and we have all the papers. It is actually my in-laws dog, and I am wondering if there is anyway we can pull up online who his relatives are, if they have been registered, and try to see if any have been bred because we would really like some puppies from the same lineage. We called the breeders we initially bought him from and the mom and dad are still alive but have been fixed.
Any suggestions or ideas? Our boxers name was Ozzy, he was beautiful! Fawn color, white butterfly pattern on his chest, black nose and beautiful golden eyes. We will miss him so much!
Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your dear old friend. There are various ways to look up dogs from your dog's lines. If you have his pedigree, and there is a CH before any of the names, you can google it. I just did it with a champion relative of one of my bitches, Rudy is a Dandy, and all kinds of info popped up. You can also contact other breeders and ask them if their lines match up with yours, and finally, it would'nt hurt to call AKC. Good luck in finding your new dog, I'll be interested to know if you find one.
