Please help me figure out what kind of dog mix i have. i love this dog, just curious as to what he might be. when i got him from the humane society they said he was a golden retriever mix. i haven't noticd any traits at all that would make him a retriever mix. He hates water, doesn't really listen well. He is about 45 50 pounds now. Great dog. He's cute... maybe a little Chow thrown in there?

someone else said something to me once about maybe chow. he gets aggresive sometimes expecially with food. he loves to jump on me and others. can't seem to train him like i could if he was more golden retriever lol

In my opinion, he has some of the softer features of a retriever mix. Also, a little like a chow mix. As long as he is sweet and loveable, just enjoy!!! He is adorable!!!

thank you everone who posted. i will definetly enjoy him. he is very playful and fun to take on walks. so playful my other dogs don't enjoy him lol
