Help! My husband and I just bought a three-and-a-half year old Male Min pin this afternoon. The owner is currently in kennel reduction so he decided to sell his male min-pin dog. The dog is basically just for stud service before we bought him. We also have a female min pin dog, which is "in heat" so we opted to buy one male min dog. It's a pity that the one we bought is scared of people, always moves in circular motion, aside from you know, his " stud activity" to our female min pin. is it normal if he moves in circular motion? we thought that maybe it's because he was used to be in a cage that is why he is moving like a remote control toy. what do you think? Pls help. Thanks.
What? What is moveing a circular motion, walking around in a circle? Is his head tilted to one side, does he focus on you?How old is the dog.It doesn't sound like you should be mateing it with anything, till you know why...
When I look up into the sky, I think to myself, Wheres the ceiling?
I would say that the breeder supposedly down-scaling his kennel saw you coming. The dog is not old enough to retire by any means;so the only likely reason for him to sell him to you, is that he's sick. Dogs who are kept in very poor kennel conditions may walk back and forth, if they're never let out. It sounds to me as if something neurological is going on with this dog. I would take him to the vet immediately, and I sure as heck would'nt breed him to your girl, I hope it is'nt too late.
