this morning me and my sister found a frozen kitten that had its ears froze, hind legs froze up, eyes froze shut and tail froze bent, and paws frozen with clwas sticking up. i started to cry since i love all animals and i cant stand any animals be in pain( other than hunting since i know that i will make a clean kill and food for my family) we called our mom and she called the police depatment and the family was already looking for him he was on our front step. we think that someone thought that it was ours and put it there. the cat has its family and they took it to the vet. . . . how sad is that sad?
I am so sorry that happened. I am a huge animal lover and I know that had to be heart breaking for you and your sister. Does this family live in your neighborhood? Have you heard back from the cats family? pamperedprincess

Oh how sad! When the weather gets cold like this I can't bear to think of these poor little animals outside in it.
It has been really cold here the last few days. I was terribly sick too, but still, there is this white stray cat that lives around my apartment complex, and I couldn't stand the thought of her being outside in it. So there I was, sick as heck, standing outside in my pajamas, a bathrobe, and my winter coat, with a can of tuna trying to lure her to me. She finally decided I was okay, but she didn't really like my two kitties. Thats okay because I didn't want them around each other anyway in case she has a disease or something. She is locked in my bathroom right now with a nice warm blankie to sleep on. She hasn't tried to dart out or anything yet, so I hope she is happy about being warm and not having to scrounge for food. I would love to adopt her, but I can't have another kitty in the house. I'm going to try to find a home for her myself, but if not I will have to take her to the shelter.
I like most cats better than I like most people. I'll try to be nicer if you try to be smarter.
My old family dog before he died had puppies with another female. His name was beardog and my next door neighbor was the one with the pregnant female and she ended up having puppies and they gave them all away besides just one. The one they kept they tied up at the top of their hill where the chicken coop was so he could keep them from getting themselves eaten by any other animals. Well I went back to my old house and was talking to my next door neighbor and I asked to see the puppy because beardog just died and I wanted to see his puppies. They said that they forgot to feed him and give him freshwater during a storm and he froze to death on a chain with frozen water and no food.
How sad is that. How could someone just leave a poor dog on a chain in the middle of winter with no food, water, and shelter. I live up north and we get freezing temperatures very easily during the night. Just thinking of how much pain that poor dog went threw with his short years of his life just breaks my heart. :(
