I recently adopted a four month old domestic shorthair kitten. I adopted her from someone in Lake Park. Their cat had kittens and she was the runt of the litter. I fell in love as soon as I saw her. They recomended that I use Advantage to control fleas and ticks. Could somebody tell me more about Advantage, if it is safe or not, where I can get it, how to apply it, etc. Thanks in advance. My new kitty thanks you too!
On the left hand side of this website under "shopping" click on Pet Meds. Terrificpets sells it and they have the best prices I have seen. I get Frontline Plus for my dog from here. My cats don't go outside so I just need to keep Max from bringing fleas in. Your vet should also sell it and you can get it at places like Petsmart but it will cost more. There is an Advantage for kittens and cats under 9 pounds. (and one for cats over 9 pounds) It is a box of tiny tubes (4 months supply) and you use one at a time and apply it between the shoulder blades in her fur where she is unable to reach it to lick.
Enjoy your new baby! Congratulations!
