Yes, a dog can drink goat's milk - it's better for them than cow's milk. I've heard some breeders use goat's milk for puppies that are, for whatever reason, weaned too early.
As far as the bread, a dog can eat bread, but wheat is a common canine food allergy, so be careful with it. Are you wanting bread to be part of your dog's regular diet? Maybe try potato bread? But, don't over-do on the grains (and, look for a dog food that has beef or chicken or another meat as the main ingredient - to many grains and filler aren't good).
