Where do you live? I am in Alabama and it's starting to get hot and humid here. My English Bully is 11 years old and he has shed every summer since I've owned him. His coat becomes thicker in the colder months.
Hope this helps and if s/he begins having large patches of hair that fall out or bald spots, please take her/him to the vet.
Don't worry about tomorrow; it has never happened before.
I have 6 English bulldogs and all of mine are shedding like crazy and do every year around this time sure wish I could figure out something to help with that but haven't. I live in North Carolina and it has been near 80 degrees or over now.
I have an english bulldog, and i live in indiana, she sheds very bad also, espicially in the summer months, when its starts to get warmer. Most of the Bulldogs do i think, as long as they dont seem to be biting or itching, or get bald spots, its more than likely normal, they just shed alot! If your babie is getting bald spots, or sctraches till she starts bleeding, then there is more likely a bigger problem than shedding, you should then see your vet. I once had an american bulldog, who did the same, shed horrible, then he started to scratch until he would bleed, found out he had skin allergys, and he had to be medicated for it, and could only spend limited time outside.
