Need loving home for two 8 year old Great Pyrenees

I rescued these two pyrs from different locations around 6 years ago. Both are fixed and in good health. we are having to sell our home in the country - Economy issue - and would love to find someone with some land that they could live on until their later years.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I love these dogs and hate to have to give them up - but money rules and right now we are short.

So you need to place an ad on the website and not disobey the forum rules would be my guess.

I didn't see where the OP wanted to sell, simply find new, proper loving homes for the dogs due to her economic situation.

My best suggest would be to contact the Pyr rescue in your area. They're great about helping find forever homes for Pyrs in need. Since these are senior dogs (especially as Pyrs go) and the breed requires a knowledgeable owner, it would be best to let them help you place the guys. I know it has to be heat breaking to let them go.

No problem! I know how much of a challenge it is to find appropriate homes for Pyrs in need of re-homing, even when they are pups. I hope she finds the ideal placement for these guys. It's hard to give up much loved pets, especially when they are pets that you've rescued and loved for 6 years and it's due to circumstances beyond your control.

As for anyone attempting to sell or make a profit and using the forum to advertise, you are right, that is a big No-No.

OP, I wasn't critisizing, I stated that I misread and I apologized. I meant that you could place an ad on the website to try and find good, loving homes for them rather than placing the ad in the forum. Sometimes my fingers work faster than my brain.

I am sorry again if I offended you as I do tend to make errors now and again and I meant no harm.

I still strongly urge you to contact the Great Pyrenees rescue group in your area, they are easily locate in a Google search. They are wonderful folks with a love of Pyrs, and members all over who are willing to help.

Oxford did apologize for misunderstanding your post. There are an incredible number of folks who do come on the forum to sell their pets or stud services or... so it was just a "misread".

Good luck with finding a place for the furkids, I know it's an impossible situation and I hope the future treats you kindly.

Do they bark when someone at the door or if they see someone walking down the street .do you have goat or horse or sheep or anything like that
