This is a fun game to see if you really know a Pit Bull when you see one. Now no peeking at the answers! Post your answers here without looking at the correct answers. http://members.aol.com/radogz/find.html
D11 looks somewhat like a Pit but alittle to thick. So I don't think it is. None of them really look like a Pit to me. I am surprised they didnt put a Cane Corso on there. Every where I go with Donata people assume she is a Pit unless I have Ruby my Pit with me too.
cschimizzi Your saying people often mistake your Cane Corso for a Pit Bull reminded me of something that happened a few weeks ago. My mom & dad have Great Danes and while they were visiting they brought Rufus their 8 month old Great Dane with them. My mom and I went to Pet smart and she took Rufus in and I took one of my Pit Bulls Pinky. While we were in the store browsing a couple of people stopped to ask my mom and I what kind of dogs we had. And we actually had one guy thinking my moms Great Dane was a Pit bull. So when we told him Rufus was a Great Dane he says "Oh well same difference." Can you believe the ignorance?
yep happens all the time. I had one lady stand there talking to me and she was really into Donata so I assumed she knew what she was. Now mind you Donata has a docked tail. Anyway after acting like she knew some much about her,and talking to me for like 20 minutes, she turned to her friend and said, "isn't she the prettiest Pit Bull you have ever seen". I corrected her. I take Donata twice a week to petsmart just to socialize her and no one has ever known what she is. Every time it is either a Pit or a Staffie. I even wear my Cane Corso tee shirt that shows a picture and says "Proud owner of the Cane Corso Italian Mastiff". So yeah some people are ignorant.
It is ridiculous how many dogs are mistaken for Pit Bulls. The guy I was talking about who thought my mom's Great Dane was a pit thought for sure he was a Pit because of him being blue. I guess because blue is such a popular color right now with pits. I own a blue one but to me she's not any prettier then my other girls. I know I have told you this before when you posted pics of Donata but she is beautiful! She makes me want one.
Scout None of the dogs pictured are Pit Bulls. The main goal of the game is to test the general publics knowledge of APBT. Because so many times people mistake various breeds of dogs as Pit Bulls. I have to admit I have owned and rescued/fostered Pit Bulls for quite a few years and I even answered incorrectly. ~My Babies~ http://www.msnusers.com/LiLPinkyPittie/shoebox.msnw
