I have a 4 year old female Basset that has been spayed and has always been healthy. Just recently her bed, blankets and pillows are always wet. It doesn't smell like urine and we have been very careful of making sure she goes out to relieve herself many times throughout the day and night. We can't seem to figure out what the liquid is. Seems like clear water and there is so much of it at once but we never actually see her do anything. Anyone have any ideas?
Hmmm...judging from your post(s) it seems this "liquid" seems to come from the lower area. Could it be where she drools and then maybe changes her position in the bed so she lays where it is wet?
Even though she has been spayed, a trip to the vet may not be a bad idea. She could have a leaking bladder and the urine can be so diluted that it appears clear and doesn't always have a foul odor. I would feel better getting her checked and making sure there are no infections or scar tissue from her spay.
Best of luck and please post back and let us know what you find out.
