My Dobe has a strange growth on his lower lip

This started out looking like a small pimple but has grown in size and it has little white bumps all over it. It is on my dog's lower lip. I've never seen anything like it. Has anyone had any experience with something like this?

id have to say if you was really worried about it you would take your dob to the vet

ok My dob has many moles...when he was a pup he use to get pimple looking things on his chin they even pussed. turned out he was alleric to his dog food bowl. the plastic made him break out. It is normal for them to have growths but u should always get a vets opinion. Sometimes we even call him million nip because he has so many moles..lol

Im looking to stud out my doberman...help needed
