In a large pot, boil 4 cups water and 2 tbsp salt. Add spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes, drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown meat, drain. Grease 2-9x13 cassarole dishes and heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, meat, tomatoes, onion, pepper and garlic. Mix thoroughly. Add shredded cheese and continue to mix. Pour mixture into cassarole dishes and top with Ritz/butter mixture. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Parmsean.
*This is a large recipe and will feed a lot of people. For smaller crowds, simply half all ingredients.
