2 pounds ground beef or deer 2 cans Rotel (mild or hot depends on preference) 2 can kidney beans 2 cans Progresso minestronie soup 1 pound Velveeta cheese (regular or mexican flavor)
*This can be made in 15 minutes on a stove top in a dutch oven or can be placed in a crock pot to cook all day. Can also be cut in half to make a smaller portion. Great for parties or get togethers. Serve with tortilla chips or scoops.*
Brown meat and drain. Return to dutch oven (or crock pot) and add Rotel, beans, soup and Velveeta. Soup is ready when the cheese melts.
