Mix all ingredients on high for 2 minutes, until well blended. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. While cake is still warm, use a dinner fork to make holes throughout. Let cool.
ICING: (I prepare this while cake is cooling): 2 cups sugar 1/2c milk 1 stick butter or marg 2 HEAPING tablespoons peanut butter
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in milk then add sugar. When sugar dissolves, add peanut butter and stir continuously. Bring to boil for 1 minute while allowing peanut butter to melt. Remove from stove and let sit for 1 minute while stirring. Pour over cake and smooth out evenly.
(The peanut butter icing will fall into the holes you made with the fork.)
