The puppies need to be weaned before you get her spayed. Usually about 6-8 weeks after whelping you can take care of this.
I'm very hesitant to share my puppy shot schedule because if a complication arises from the vaccine...let's just say this is what has worked for me in the past. What I do is first shots at 6 weeks, then 9 weeks, 12 and 15 weeks. Follow up with annual boosters.
Do you have a mentor to help you? Mom and pups need to see the vet within 3 days of whelping. This is a great time to ask questions about those things and s/he can help with that. Make a list of things that you would like to know so that you don't forget to ask something.
Best of luck and hope all goes well.

I don't think there is a right or wrong anwser, it depends on breed, and area. You should always check with a vet before considering anything medical. What works for me or someone else may not work for you and your dogs. Shots very by area, and you should consult your vet on what your dogs needs are.
For me, I wean my pups between 4-5 wks. Once they starting eating solid food on there own. At that point, a bitch could be spayed without having any issues. They really can be spayed anytime, but the pups nursing could cause discomfort.
As far as shots, I do a 5way at 8wks, and a 7way at 12 and 16wks. Rabies in this state has to be done at 12wks. I use over the counter de-wormer at 2,3,4,6,8wks. I have never had worms. I also know what I am buying, and what I am doing. My pups see a vet at 8wks for a health check. Since I have aussies, the mom and pups sees the vet 2-3days after birth.
When in doubt, check with a vet or mentor. People on a discussion forum don't know you, your dogs, or your area. Most of us probably are not vets either.
