Any dog raised with cats and scolded whenever they show aggression/prey drive will be good. Breed wise, it is best to stay away from sporting and terrier types who are commonly used for hunting, or at least stay away from the working lines.
Basically it's how the dog is raised that will determine whether it is good with your cats. I would suggest not allowing the dog to ever be mouthy, even in play, with a cat as a large dog can accidentally hurt them by playing too rough. I've heard of everything from Cocker Spaniels to Pitbulls accidentally killing cats during normal doggie play. Cats are not dogs and you can't let a dog play with them as though they are.
