3 years ago I got my Schnoodle from bad people in MN and they consider them selves breeders, not a puppy mill which I am sure they are. My dog was promised to be healthy and vet checked the day we got her. The next 3 months we spend in the vets office and at the U of M to get her over the bronchitis and pnemonia she came home from the breeders with. We were able to get her better. I immediatly contacted the humane society and got the run around for months from the guy who calls himself an investigator. Even though he tol me they have had many complaints about this place, he has not been there yet. WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THESE BAD PEOPLE?!?!
personally if you have proof of all the info you wrote down, I would take it public. Contact a news station, and see if anyone will take the story. Esp. since the humane society said they have had many complaints. Have the guys name, and all needed info. That is about the only thing you can do.
The biggest thing you need, is proof of a bad breeder. If you don't have proof, it is hearsay, and you could be sued for slander. You have to choose your actions wisely
