Sammy our new Shih Tzu baby, who is now 6 months old, is shivering and has diaherra. This morning he didn't want to eat his dry food, and when I got home from school there was diaherra on the floor. And about an hour ago he started shivering, maybe he has a fever? I'm not sure. And usually he is very spunky during night time feeding but as I was preparing the dogs food he just laid in the bed, looking at me. He's not himself, and it's already about 8 o'clock, so the vet's closed. And the emergency vets open but they cost a fortune, so I just wanted to know what you guys thought. I'm not trying to get out of taking my dog to the vet or anything, I just wanted to save some money at the emergency vet just to tell me my dog has a bug thats going around. So what do you think? And if he doesn't improve hes going to the vet in the morning. I'm worried, he's only a baby. Thanks
Shelties: Not enough words to describe how much I love them.
