Shetland Sheepdogs

My beautiful sheltie Maggie age 5 1/2 months suddenly has been acting strange. We had a big storm two weeks ago and it really rained and lightning. She now wants outside all the time and she goes in circles all over the yard in hyper-mode and won't come when we call her to come in. I was late for work one day because she wouldn't come in.

She doesn't seem to acknowledge me; but will still obey my husband. I am just wondering if this is a normal stage or if something may be wrong.

We are getting ready to take her to obedience class for walking purposes. She is very smart and she will sit, shake, lay down and give you a kiss. She has been barking alot now too at everything that moves!

Please give advise....
