I am going agree with another group who have already hashed this one out, how the hell are they gonna know what you feed your dog? If they are concerned about bacteria and what not how does one stop their dog from licking its butt? And if the dogs are supposed to be groomed within 24 hours of the visit, should that not include teeth?
Our club hashed this one out last week on the chat forums. One member showed us the link between Purina and the Delta Society, but unfortunately, I deleted the email. She commented that it was not in the best interest of Purina to support a raw diet.
Wonder if they will be controlling what we eat and how we bathe soon?
He is your friend, partner, defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devot
Of course it wouldn't behoove Purina to recommend a raw diet. But if an argument against feeding raw is based on scientific fact, then it really shouldn't matter who presents and argues against it. I would like to read the research before making a decision because if it is true, then I would have to agree with them.
Who was the numbskull who thought up a vegetarian diet for dogs? What made them think that that was a good idea?
If someone has a compromised immune system, what are they doing bringing a dog to them in the first place. I would think that they would want to keep as many germs/bacteria away from them. Even the cleanest, non-raw fed dog, still has bacteria on their paws, hind ends, tongue, ect.
Beautiful new babies. Mama and all are doing well.
