I was curious about everyones opinion on different puppy foods. Im not sure which one to pick. I dont know what she was on before but I think it was something like Purina.. We bought a small bag of Eukanuba when we got her but Im going to the pet store tommorow for rat food anyway and thought Id try to figure out the best brand of food for her. Shes a lab so large breed if it makes a difference. Thanks in advance for any help :)
Be sure to introduce the new food slowly. Otherwise, you take the risk of upsetting their stomach and that can be messy. If you are uncertain as to what food they were fed before, I would contact where you got her from and ask. Once you find out, get some of that AND what you want her to eat. Slowly mix the new food in to what she's used to and gradually switch her over.
Beautiful new babies. Mama and all are doing well.
Blue Buffalo, Innova, Pinnacle, Holistic Select by Eagle Brand, Solid Gold, Natura are all wonderful natural foods. There is so much cancer in canine lines that it must be attributed to what they eat, so I invest in preventative care by feeding raw with just a bit of kibble to ensure they have a balanced diet.
He is your friend, partner, defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devot
Thanks for all the help everyone:) I gotta hold of the person who gave her to me and she was on Purina before.. I think Im going to start feeding her Solid Gold. It seems to be the best choice for my pup.
