Umm shes 12 WEEKS old, she is just an infant, dogs dont have complete control of their blatter and bowels until 6 MONTHS usually, so what you can do is give her TIME.
Make outside not scary, when she pees or poops outside give her a treat and lots a praise she will get the idea. If she does either inside its YOUR fault not hers, you are giving her too much space. If you can not watch her 100% then she needs to be confined to a kennel. When she is loose she has to be with you so you can watch for the signs that she is going to go, usually more sniffing and circling. Most people use a tether method for this.
i have a nine week old american pitbull cross rotweiller, she goes outside and does her 'duties' but my problem is, when she comes over to any of us when we watching tv and we stroke her, rub her or talk to her, she pees on the floor, its not a full wee, just a dribble, why does she do this and how do we get her to stop ?thanx very much.
I never did find a solution for the happy/submissive pee'er. I always had her meet people outside when meeting for the first time, and inside just kept a towel handy to clean up messes. I don't know if she ever grew out of it, I re-homed her when she was 2yrs old. I purchased her for breeding and she had a heart problem, so I put her in a wonderful pet home.
I know as she got older, the inside peeing stoped. She still was always overly happy to meet new people.
