If you are using a supplement it is very possible that they are constipated. That is not common, but not unusual either when using a formula. Are they straining like they are trying to go? Are their little bellies hard and bloated? Are they crying? I would reccommend checking with your vet first and seeing what they would suggest. If they aren't constipated but you treat them for it they can dehydrate quickly and that can be very dangerous. At the same time, if they are constipated and you don't treat them for it quickly it can be very dangerous too.
We had to deal with this with our last litter and our vet gave us two options. You can try giving them mineral oil in their bottle - it doesn't mix well so of course, you will have to shake it very often. We also tried giving it to them straight in a syringe and that didn't work well at all - make sure you wear old clothes that you don't care if they get stained if you do this.
You can also give them an enema, either with warm soapy water or actual enema solution. This is what worked best for us but if you have never done this before, please check with your vet and make sure you feel comfortable doing this before you try it.
