yea shes in heat which means she can now breed. But i suggest you get her spayed when you can so it wont happen again. Its normal after dogs are about 7mnths old. And yes, keep her away from males and dont let her run loose anywhere outside in an unfenced area because males can smell that shes in heat from distances away. Even if ur thinking about letting her have puppies, it is still too soon since she is still a pup. Jst get her spayed and the bleeding will go away :)
all animals always need a chance to have a place they can call home. ADOPT A TRUE FRIEND!
It varies and they bleed different amounts and different shades as they progress through their cycle. The entire cycle takes 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Plan on having your girl away from all intact males for at least 4 weeks.
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It is about learning to dance in the rain.
Good advice. She will be in heat for nearly a month and will attract males from a mile away. My females had their first heat at 6 to 8 months, so she is normal. If being in heat freaks you out, pregnancy and birth will put you over the edge. There are many expenses and complications can take your pups or the mom. Spay her in a month and you won't have to deal with doggie diapers anymore.
