Just last night I came home to find all of my bedding on the floor and my 2 yr old black lab in the kennel outside. My husband said that she had peed all over our bed! This is the first time she has done this.
I know that she doesn't get the exercise that she needs. When she comes outside with us,she runs off all the time. She pulls so badly that I can't take her for walks. We can't even have people come to our house because she jumps on everyone. I am afraid this is to her lack of exercise. I am so upset, I don't know what to do. My husband wants to get rid of her, but I can't. I need to fix this. HELP!
I have an 11 month old american bulldog and she has peed on our bed a few times as well! I would rather her go after a pair of shoes than pee on my bed! She gets plenty of exercise and she is fully potty trained. We just keep the door shut unless we are in there with her.
She isn't spayed yet (will be 1st week of march) and the Vet said it could be cause she isn't spayed and she is showing her dominance over me. Could that be true as well? She is a very dominate dog.
With the pulling out doors, I have noticed with my pup that a harness that attaches to the collar at her chest has stopped her pulling quite a bit. Mine has extra padding around the armpits as well so if she does try to pull it doesn't cut or chafe her skin. She is 75 lbs and still has a bit to grow so we are really happy we have found this harness. It was fairly inexpensive as well.
