So I'm a junior in High School (obviously) and we are now starting to fill out our senior year class forms and my guidance counselor thinks I should take Geometry, Algebra II and chemistry(if I want to get into a 4 year college, which I do)! And I think Im already going to take Advanced Governtment, Advanced Composition ( which is a duel enrollment class that I would earn 6 college credits for) and I'm taking advanced theatre arts, I really am no good at math and since Chemistry has math in it I have little confidence that I would be able too keep up with practically three maths and all my other classes, so would it look really bad on college applications if I don't have Algebra II and Chemistry? Are those classes i'll need? Because what im considering studying in college is, Classics, International relations, zoology or theatre. I'm just so confused, I really want to go to college, but I dont want to fail my senior year trying to do too much! please help!
cats humor us because they know there ancesters ate ours!
Depending on your major in college, math and chemistry are going to be in your future so you might as well get your feet wet with them now.
I hate both but partucularily suck at math. It took me two tries just to pass a college level Algebra class 2 years ago. It is retarded of anyone to think you actually need or will use that kind of math in everyday life but they make you take it anyway so....good luck !!
